Hope’s legacy speaks volumes within the walls of our beautiful building and beyond. We all have stories and memories that will live on in our hearts forever on WHY HOPE is meaningful to us.
We continue this legacy, as we live within our Core Values:
- Abundant Life “Living fully into the life that God offers” Through Celebrations of Life, Confirmations, Baptisms, Wednesday’s Prayer Group, Senior Celebrations, Hope’s Memorial Garden and other ceremonies, we live and share our lives abundantly
- Discipleship “Striving to become more Christ-like and assisting others to do the same” Through Lenten soup suppers, Bible studies and classes, hospital visitations and other works, we are the hands and feet of God
- Meaningful Community “Seeking opportunities to create genuine and life-affirming relationships” By opening our doors to The Aurora Singers, Colorado Korean Chorus, Scout troop meetings and Hope Preschool, as well as our support for the Village Resource Center, Community Food Drives, Habitat for Humanity and Meals on Wheels, we have connection to our community
- Servanthood “Sharing generously our talents and resources in service with others for Christ” Through Mission Trips, Sew Many Blessings, the Chancel Choir, organist Cheryl Saborsky, Hope Bells, Hope Brass and through Grief Outreach, we serve and worship with others
- Future Generations “Inspiring a life-long love of God and faith in action” Through Sunday School, Youth Group, Mission Trips, Vacation Bible School, Red Sea Band and more, we continue Hope’s legacy with future generations
